Our core offering is Group PT. A strength building class combining compound lifts (squats, bench and deadlifts) with accessory exercises. Improving body composition and supporting ability in everyday activities. Including optional components, tailored to you!
 
Our Hybrid sessions are our full body conditioning classes. Including cardiovascular fitness, mobility and body weight movements.

Enjoy a 45 minute session in the OMNI Recovery Room.

Our 2-person Infrared Sauna aides pain relief, improves circulation, detoxifies to support skin and immune health.

An ice bath, also known as cold water immersion, offers several benefits for recovery and overall well-being.

Submit a food diary in advance for feedback at the session – leave with actionable changes – £25

2. Structure: 1 month plan
Includes an initial consultation, plan and follow-up consultation (45 mins each) – £60

3. Accountability: 3 months support
Includes monthly consultations (3 x 45 mins), email access to Holly for questions throughout, also includes a recipe pack – £225

FAQ's

How long and how often are your sessions?

All sessions are 45 minutes long.

Our morning sessions are 6:30,7:30,8:30,9:30am

Our evening sessions are 4:30, 5:30, 6:30pm

And Saturday classes are 9 and 10am.

Do you have parking?

Yes we have free on-site parking in front of our gym.

How do I book my sessions?

Booking is done via our app Clubright, which you will be taken through during your onboarding session before you start your 6 week program. Onboarding sessions are 6pm every Thursday, which you can book onto once paid.

What happens once I sign up to your 6 week program?

Once you have signed up you will be able to book your onboarding session, where we will show you examples of sessions and all the information about your next 6 weeks with us.

After this, you can start whenever you are free.

Can you cater for injuries?

We absolutely do, you can speak to a member of the team before you join to let us know your injury and concerns, or we can go through this during onboarding. There are always adaptations to exercises we can make to ensure you are safe .

What happens after my 6 week program?

Your personal coach will be contacting you towards the end of your 6 weeks to discuss membership options best suited for you going forwards. Or take a look at our membership section above to get a head start.
