WHAT IS GROUP PT? 

Small group personal training is our core offer! A strength building class combining compound lifts (squats, deadlifts etc) with accessory exercises. Improving body composition and support everyday activities. Including optional components, tailored to you!

WHAT IS HYRBID?

Our hybrid sessions are our full body conditioning classes. Including cardiovascular fitness, mobility and body weight movements.

HOW MUCH IS IT?

Our 6 Week Kick Start Programme is currently £249 £179 - that's less than £30 a week!

WHEN CAN I START?

Once you've completed payment and attended your Onboarding session you can start right away.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT?

Nope! Everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is, we'll coach you to feel healthier, fitter and stronger over the course of the programme.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?

It's your choice – you can become a full member or if you decide we're not for you, we can part ways with no hard feelings.
